As an Account Manager – Sales, you will drive channel partner growth across India by engaging new and existing partners, strengthening the partner portfolio, and building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. You will work closely with partners to improve profitability and operational efficiency through services and vendor ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Drive growth of the channel partner ecosystem across India by onboarding and expanding MSPs, resellers, and cloud partners.

Manage and develop existing partners to improve their profitability, operational efficiency, and revenue contribution.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential partners aligned to cloud and software offerings.

Design and execute sales strategies with targeted plans (annual, quarterly, and monthly) based on market and partner needs.

Collaborate with regional sales leadership and internal teams to ensure effective proposal delivery and alignment of sales initiatives.
What we need to see from you:
- Experience from similar business areas, such as vendors, service providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs

Solid experience in recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel

Experience with Microsoft CSP business, as well as AWS business and service business

Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing, and services is highly regarded

Languages required: Professional-level English, written & spoken
