About the Company: Trivandrum based Pharmacy Supermarket
Duties & Responsibilities:
We need a hands-on leader who can:
* Manage multiple branches and Branch Managers
* Drive revenue targets and customer experience
* Ensure SOP, discipline and smooth daily operations
* Train Managers to take complete branch ownership
* Execute HO decisions without daily Founder follow-up
Experience:
Preferred: 10+ years of multi-branch retail experience in pharmacy, healthcare, supermarket or similar sectors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
