Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Repair and replace laptop components such as motherboards, keyboards, screens, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD, and chargers.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support.
- Maintain service records, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEM service centers for warranty-related cases.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and turnaround times.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support when required.
- Test repaired laptops and ensure proper functionality before delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in laptop repair and technical support.
- Certification in hardware/networking (A+, N+, MCSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in chip-level and component-level repair (preferred).
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking basics and peripheral devices.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
