Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven IT Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in IT sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, deal closure, and sales team handling. The candidate must be capable of driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
The candidate will work directly with the CEO and CTO for business strategy, client acquisition planning, sales execution, and high-value deal closures.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other digital channels.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for IT services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, competitors, and business trends.
Client Acquisition & Deal Closure
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop and execute ABM strategies for targeted accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create personalized outreach campaigns.
- Identify high-value prospects and decision-makers.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients after deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for successful project initiation.
- Maintain strong post-sales communication and client satisfaction.
Sales Team Handling & Leadership
- Manage and guide the sales/business development team.
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and support team members in achieving goals.
- Train junior team members on sales strategies, client handling, and conversion techniques.
- Create sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO on sales strategy, business growth, and enterprise client acquisition.
- Participate in strategic discussions related to product positioning, pricing, and market expansion.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
