- Answer phone calls and provide hospital information
- Maintain patient records and front office documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administration team
- Handle admission and discharge coordination
- Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline
- Support hospital administration activities when required

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge mandatory
- Prior hospital/reception/front office experience preferred

- Ability to work in shifts if required
