We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and online channels
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or IT services sales
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies
- Field sales experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
