Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly and effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, or purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and communication standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle objections and work under target-based environments.
