Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, and supporting learning & development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and workplace events
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture
- Support employee welfare initiatives and team-building activities
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records in HRMS
- Ensure data accuracy for payroll processing
- Address employee queries related to attendance and leave policies
Payroll Coordination
- Support monthly payroll by sharing accurate attendance and leave records
- Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors for smooth payroll processing
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies
Learning & Development
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Identify employee development needs and assist in planning learning programs
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities including documentation and clearances
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and organizational compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR
- 3–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.31 per month
