Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute our India + global go-to-market strategy
- Drive enterprise sales cycles, manage pipelines, and close high-value deals
- Plan and run digital, content-led, and event-based marketing initiatives
- Build and strengthen channel partnerships, alliances, and SI networks
- Expand corporate tie-ups with large enterprises and global organizations
- Support prospecting, outreach, and lead generation programs
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses
- Work closely with product, tech, and leadership teams to maintain alignment
- Manage CRM accuracy, reporting, and forecasting (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Share market intelligence to influence product roadmap and positioning
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of proven success in B2B tech sales and marketing
- Strong track record in enterprise solution selling and corporate partnerships
- Experience in AI, SaaS, video analytics, surveillance, or security tech
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision structures
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on with CRM, automation, and marketing tools
- High ownership, detail-oriented, and comfortable with domestic/international travel
- Ability to craft structured sales decks, proposals, and value-driven pitches
Preferred Experience
Experience working or selling in the Middle East (GCC), the USA & North America, India, and other international regions.
