FITISTAN is a growing fitness and wellness technology brand building digital products for a D2C audience. We focus on creating scalable, data-driven app and web experiences that help users engage better with health, fitness, and community-driven programs.
About the Internship
We are looking for Product Management & Operation Interns who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn how real-world digital products are built and scaled. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product planning, user experience, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to support product decisions and improve customer experience.
What You Will Work On
- Assist in managing product roadmaps and feature planning
- Support user research, competitor analysis, and requirement gathering
- Help analyze user journeys, funnels, and product performance metrics
- Assist in creating PRDs, user flows, and basic wireframes
- Support A/B testing, UAT, and bug tracking
- Work closely with top management, closely note down all meeting points
- Regularly send minute of meetings after every discussion
- Speak to cross function team and update the management team on progress daily
- Coordinate with tech and design teams to support smooth product releases
Who Can Apply
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in product management, startups, or digital products
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of apps, websites, and user experience
- Familiarity with GA4, SQL, Mixpanel, or Figma is a plus
- Basic understanding of JIRA, including creating and managing tasks, tracking project progress, and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
