About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Partner Success – Kindergarten Program to lead academic capability building across our network of partner schools. This role focuses on strengthening teaching quality through structured Train-the-Trainer initiatives while building long-term relationships with partner institutions to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured Train-the-Trainer programs for teachers and academic teams.
- Establish consistent teaching standards across partner schools.
- Develop scalable training resources, certification programs, and playbooks.
- Build strong relationships with partner schools to drive engagement and long-term success.
- Conduct academic quality audits and school visits, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor partner satisfaction, identify risks proactively, and support retention and renewal initiatives.
- Collaborate with Curriculum, Business Development, and Operations teams to strengthen partner success.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Academic Leadership, Teacher Training, Learning & Development, or Partner/Franchise Operations.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with franchise, partner networks, or multi-location educational institutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across our school locations.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
