Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and help manage internal company activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate with different teams for daily operational tasks
- Assist in attendance, leave, and basic HR activities
- Communicate with candidates and employees professionally
- Help maintain a positive and organized work environment
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin-related roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines
- Graduate in any discipline
