Coordinate with performance marketing agencies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between speakers (or clients/stakeholders) and the
performance marketing agency.
* Ensure that both sides’ requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
* Manage expectations and deliverables to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Understand marketing funnels and improve performance:
* Develop a deep understanding of all our funnels/project.
* Propose innovative ad ideas and creative strategies to optimize the funnel’s performance and maximize revenue.
* Continuously analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Track assets and manage resources:
* Keep an organized record of all marketing assets (creative materials, copy, Websites etc.).
* Ensure all assets are up-to-date and meet the required standards for campaign use.
* Work closely with the creative team to request, manage, and deliver assets on time.
Cross-team collaboration for campaign optimization :
* Communicate regularly with internal teams(Sales and project teams) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure that ad creatives resonate with the target audience.
* Coordinate with data analysts to leverage insights for performance improvements. Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking:
* Be proficient with numbers, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CPA, CPL and conversion rates.
* Calculate and track ad spend down to the penny to ensure budget efficiency and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
* Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Test, analyze, and innovate:
* Conduct A/B testing to compare different ad strategies, creatives, and formats.
* Use data-driven insights to suggest new approaches and identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to apply innovative ideas to campaigns. Proofreading and approval of marketing materials:
* Review all marketing materials (ad copies, creatives, visuals, etc.) to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality.
* Ensure that the tone and messaging of all content align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
* Act as the final checkpoint to ensure all assets are error-free and adhere to agreed-upon standards before release.
