- Provide agricultural consultation to farmers over phone calls.
- Understand farmers' crop-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Guide farmers on crop planning, sowing, fertilizer management, irrigation, and harvesting practices.
- Recommend suitable seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and plant growth products based on crop requirements.
- Diagnose pest and disease issues and provide effective control measures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with farmers to monitor crop progress.
- Build long-term relationships with farmers by delivering quality advisory services.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call targets and maintain service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies, government schemes, and market trends.
- Participate in product training and knowledge enhancement programs.
