Shift Timing: 4:00 AM–1:00 PM (Oct–Mar), 5:00 AM–2:00 PM (Apr–Sep), Saturday 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

Role Summary
We are hiring a Digital Growth & AI Marketing Manager to manage digital campaigns, lead generation, online branding, content, and AI-supported marketing activities.
The role includes managing paid advertising, improving website visibility, creating marketing content, analysing campaign results, and using AI tools to make marketing work faster and more effective.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, lead generation, or marketing automation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, and overall performance.
- Improve campaigns based on results and lead quality.
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and reports.
Content and Social Media
- Create content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements.
- Prepare monthly social media content plans.
- Write clear and engaging marketing copy.
- Coordinate marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
SEO and Website Support
- Conduct keyword research.
- Improve website content for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and search performance.
- Support website updates, blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
- Suggest improvements to website content and conversion rates.
AI and Marketing Automation
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, campaign planning, and reporting.
- Create useful prompts for marketing tasks.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Review AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and quality.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track leads, website traffic, campaign spend, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate marketing data in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, lead generation, and content marketing.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Willingness to work the stated early-morning shift timings.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using WordPress or another website platform.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Experience using marketing automation tools.
- Experience creating landing pages and marketing reports.
Skill Assessment May Include
- Creating a simple digital campaign plan.
- Reviewing a Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign.
- Writing social media or advertisement copy.
- Conducting keyword or competitor research.
- Creating an AI prompt for a marketing task.
- Analysing sample campaign data.
- Completing a basic Excel or Google Sheets marketing tracker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is organised, creative, data-focused, and comfortable managing different areas of digital marketing.
They should be able to manage campaigns, create content, analyse results, and use AI tools to improve productivity and marketing performance.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, work well with a small team, meet deadlines, and continuously look for better ways to improve campaigns and processes.
