- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Generate messages, emails and reports when appropriate.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
- Greeting and handling direct customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
