Job Summary
We are seeking a highly disciplined and motivated Diploma Mechanical Fresher to join our state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility as a Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET). In this role, you will undergo extensive training to set up and operate advanced CNC/VMC machines to manufacture flight-critical, high-precision components. You will work with exotic aerospace materials and learn to maintain the zero-defect standards required by global aviation authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (3-axis/5-axis VMC, CNC Turning centers) under the guidance of a senior engineer.
- Load and align raw aerospace materials (such as Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum alloys, and Stainless Steel) into fixtures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: First-class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with no active backlogs).
- Technical Core: Strong foundational knowledge of machining, cutting tools, and engineering metrology.
- Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn in a high-tech environment, disciplined work ethic, and adaptability to work in rotational shifts.
