Key Responsibilities:
- Process New Business and Renewal activities within defined KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Continuously upskill through training and development opportunities
Domain Skills:
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain
- Preferred: Certification in US Insurance (e.g., AINS, CPCU)
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C Insurance process in New Business and Renewals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong prioritization skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
