Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and enthusiastic Marketing & Student Engagement Executive who will be the face of our company across digital platforms while also engaging with prospective students through telecalling and lead follow-ups.
If you enjoy speaking on camera, communicating with people, and creating engaging content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Video Presentation & Content Creation
- Present educational content through Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Participate in company advertisements and awareness campaigns.
- Explain study abroad opportunities, visa processes, and student success stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create content that attracts prospective students.
Student Engagement & Telecalling
- Contact prospective students who inquire through social media, website, and advertisements.
- Explain our services and study abroad programs professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing social media marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning.
- Support promotional events, webinars, seminars, and education fairs.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student (Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communication, or related field preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Confident speaking in front of a camera.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Video presentation and public speaking.
- Telecalling or customer service experience.
- Social media content creation.
- Basic video editing.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
