Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to join our team for the prestigious Char Dham Project in Uttarakhand. The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, quality control, safety compliance, equipment management, and timely completion of infrastructure and construction activities while maintaining the highest engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Engineering
Supervise construction activities including roads, bridges, retaining walls, drainage systems, and structural works.
Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable engineering standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage site measurements, billing support, and quantity verification.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
Mechanical Engineering
Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of heavy construction equipment and machinery.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
Monitor equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with equipment operators, vendors, and maintenance teams.
Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during equipment operation.
Support project teams in achieving productivity targets.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge in construction and infrastructure projects.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar software is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in highway, tunnel, bridge, hydroelectric, infrastructure, EPC, or government projects.
Experience working in hilly or mountainous terrain will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes), IRC specifications, and project documentation.

Annual CTC: ₹4.80 Lakhs – ₹18.00 Lakhs
