Anuttara Retreat by YSI, a serene yoga and wellness sanctuary nestled near the sacred Kunjapuri Temple in Narendra Nagar, is seeking a poised and welcoming Front Desk Assistant to join our residential team. In this live-in role, you will serve as the primary face and voice of our retreat, ensuring a warm, hospitable, and seamless experience for a diverse community of global guests and spiritual seekers. Your daily responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and precisely coordinating daily schedules for yoga classes, wellness therapies, and local excursions. You will act as a vital communication bridge, collaborating closely with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to maintain flawless daily operations. Crucially, as a residential team member living on-site, you will help foster a harmonious, respectful, and mindful community environment among the staff. The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 3 years of front office experience in the hospitality sector, exhibits strong administrative and communication skills in both English and Hindi, and brings a calm, grounded, and patient demeanor that naturally aligns with our holistic wellness and traditional yogic ethos.
