Job Details
- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of new product launches from design handover to market readiness
- Manage and maintain the NPD calendar, ensuring adherence to timelines and critical milestones
- Ensure design accuracy in CAD, bill of materials (BOM), pricing details, and images are correctly reflected
- Ensure all products pass internal quality checks and audits before bulk handover
- Monitor and report KPIs related to launch timelines, quality failures, reworks, and system readiness
- Identify process gaps and contribute to SOP development and workflow optimization

- Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Design team, Manufacturing teams
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering(preferred) or others, Product Management, or related field
Relevant Experience
- Min 2–4 years of experience in product development and coordination, merchandising, or production planning (experience in jewellery).
Behavioural Skills
- Strong project management and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail with excellent data handling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of product lifecycle tools, ERP systems, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines
Knowledge
- Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing process
- Experience in the product development,
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and cad(preferably)
