Job Title: Factory Supervisor
Job Summary: Oversee daily shop-floor production of disposable hygiene products and medical textiles (diapers, pads, underpads).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations, machine output, and daily production targets while minimizing downtime.
- Enforce strict GMP, cleanroom hygiene, and quality compliance with BIS and CDSCO (Class A) standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to monitor raw material usage, product integrity, and scrap control.
- Maintain safety protocols, 5S standards, and supervise shop-floor operators.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Production
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
