Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives to assist customers with travel bookings, holiday packages, flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales abilities, and knowledge of travel destinations and booking procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to travel services
Assist customers with flight, hotel, visa, and holiday package bookings
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation
Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, pricing, and policies
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Maintain customer records and booking details in CRM/software
Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, transfers, and tour packages
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: UG/Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel sales, tour operations, or travel BPO
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
International travel process experience
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
