Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Managing the full hiring cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Conducting orientation for new hires and ensuring all documentation/KYC is complete.
- Attendance & Payroll: Tracking daily attendance, managing leaves, and coordinating with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for employee queries and maintaining a positive work culture.
- Compliance: Ensuring all company policies are up to date and maintaining digital/physical employee records.
- Exit Management: Handling resignations, conducting exit interviews, and managing the full-and-final settlement process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar generalist role.
- Education: MBA in HR or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRMS tools or job portals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a high level of empathy, and strong organizational skills.
Work Schedule
- Type: Part-time (approx1-2 hours per day or 3 days a week).-
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
