- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify anomalies and potential issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
