Position: Design Engineer

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Understanding of Fixtures, Jigs, and SPM Machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining concepts
- Basic understanding of GD&T and tolerances
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Fixtures, Jigs, and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Create 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams during machine manufacturing.
- Modify and update designs based on customer requirements.
- Ensure designs meet quality and manufacturing standards.
- Support machine installation, trials, and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Maintain design records and project documents.
For Freshers
- Training will be provided on Fixture, Jig, and SPM design.
- Must possess strong mechanical fundamentals and eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory.
For Experienced Candidates (1–5 Years)
- Experience in designing Fixtures, Jigs, and SPM Machines.
- Ability to independently handle design projects.
- Experience in BOM preparation and manufacturing drawing release.
- Knowledge of machine assembly and customer requirement analysis.
