Key Responsibilities
- Material Preparation: Setting up, feeding, and managing raw materials like steel wire rods, chemical fluxes, and binding powders.
- Machine Operation: Controlling automated or semi-automated production lines (wire drawing, cutting, extrusion, baking ovens).
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting wire diameter, flux coating concentricity, and spool winding tension to prevent defects.
- Maintenance & Safety: Conducting routine preventative maintenance, polishing extrusion dies, and wearing proper safety gear (respirators, heat-resistant gloves).
Educational & Technical Qualifications
- ITI - Fitter, Turner, Machinist and welder
- Working Hours : Rotational Shift
- Experience : 0-2 Years
