Position: Pre School Teacher
Location: Loni Kalbhor, Pune
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending upon qualification and experience)
Job Summary:
Innovera School is looking for passionate, caring, and creative Pre School Teachers who can create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and a strong understanding of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Create a safe, positive, and interactive classroom environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, art, and play-way activities
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays
- Ensure proper classroom discipline and child safety
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- Montessori Teacher Training / ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / PPTTC (Pre Primary Teacher Training Course) or similar qualification required
- Graduation in any stream preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply
Experience:
- Experience in pre-primary teaching will be preferred
