We are initiating the requirement process for Electrician across our key operational cities to strength or service support network and ensure faster response and improved customer satisfaction.
POSITIONS REQUIRED –
Role – Service Engineer(Electrician)
Location – Mumbai, Chennai , Lucknow, Punjab, Hyderabad
Languages – Regional and Hindi
Department – Customer Service
Key responsibilities –
- Installation, service, and maintenance of products at customer locations
- On-site troubleshooting and technical support
- Timely closure of service calls and documentation
- Coordination with internal teams for spares and escalations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or relevant field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in technical service
- Strong problem – solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work on field
- Local candidates preferred
