Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Lead and coordinate project execution with internal teams and site personnel.
- Prepare project cost estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure project expenses remain within approved limits.
- Manage vendor relationships, procure project materials, and oversee timely site deliveries.
- Coordinate with multiple departments such as Engineering, Architecture, Design, Structural, Service, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings, communicate project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges to maintain delivery schedules.
- Ensure project quality, compliance with specifications, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and material procurement.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools will be an advantage.
