Interpret and work from fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and isometric drawings accurately.
Perform marking, cutting, grinding, and fitting of MS (Mild Steel) and SS (Stainless Steel) plates, pipes, and structural components.
Carry out fit-up activities for welding, ensuring proper joint preparation, alignment, and root gap as per standards.
Assemble, align, and position fabricated components within specified tolerances.
Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and positioning of rolls and related assemblies.
Check dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, and spirit level.
Assist welders during welding operations and ensure fit-up quality meets WPS requirements.
Operate and support plate rolling machines and rolling activities.
Conduct visual inspections before and after fabrication to maintain quality standards.
Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), drawings, and fabrication procedures strictly.
Identify and report defects, deviations, and rework requirements to the supervisor/QA team.
Coordinate with supervisors, QA/QC, and other departments for smooth execution of work.
Maintain safety standards, ensure proper use of PPE, and adhere to company safety policies.
Maintain tools, equipment, and good housekeeping in the work area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
