Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions.
- Perform wireless site surveys (predictive, active, passive) and capacity planning.
- Configure and support wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex wireless performance, coverage, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of wireless networks.
- Implement wireless security standards including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC.
- Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on end-to-end network solutions.
- Provide L3/L4 level support and root cause analysis for major incidents.
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and design documents.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and new wireless technology rollouts.
