Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Monitoring: Lead daily construction activities, including earthwork, GSB (Granular Sub-Base), WMM (Wet Mix Macadam), DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam), and BC (Bituminous Concrete) as per MoRTH specifications.
- Resource Management: Optimize the daily deployment of labor, machinery, and raw materials.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Ensure all structural and road works align with approved drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop micro-schedules and track progress against the master project timeline.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with clients (e.g., NHAI, local PWD), design consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to resolve site issues and secure approvals.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards to ensure worker and public safety on the project corridor.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
