Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment. Support senior technicians in troubleshooting air conditioning and ventilation system issues. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment. Assist in cleaning, servicing, and replacing filters, coils, and other HVAC components. Help with refrigerant charging, leak detection, and basic system testing under supervision. Read and understand basic HVAC drawings and technical manuals. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Follow safety procedures and company standards during all work activities. Maintain maintenance records and report system issues to supervisors. Assist in testing and commissioning HVAC systems. Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site. Requirements ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Ability to use basic HVAC tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and work in site and maintenance environments. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
