Power BI Developer/ Analyst – Retail / E-commerce

Job Description
We are looking for a Power BI Developer with experience in the Retail/E-commerce domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support sales, inventory, customer insights, and supply chain operations.
Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Power BI Development
Strong experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
Expertise in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures)
Strong DAX and Power Query (M Language) skills
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Dataflow Gen2)
Strong Data Modeling (Star Schema & Snowflake Schema)
Experience with ETL/ELT processes
Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS), Incremental Refresh, and Deployment Pipelines
Experience integrating SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, SharePoint, REST APIs, Snowflake, and ERP/CRM systems
Retail/E-commerce domain experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience in Sales Analytics, Inventory Analytics, Customer Analytics, Product Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, and Order Management Reporting
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence is preferred
