Job Role:
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Explain photography and videography packages to clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
- Support marketing activities, promotions and social media campaigns
- Maintain customer details and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the office team for booking updates
