Job Overview
We are urgently hiring Academic Counselors to join our team in Dehradun. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will guide them through various course options, university selections, and admission procedures, converting potential inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Provide detailed counseling to students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, career prospects, and university options.
- Lead Management: Handle outbound inquiries via phone calls, emails, and consistently follow up with prospective students to drive admissions.
- Admission Facilitation: Guide students smoothly through the documentation, application, and enrollment processes.
- Database Maintenance: Accurate maintenance of student records, follow-up logs, and daily calling reports in the system.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with changing educational trends, university programs, and admission updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (a background in education, psychology, or management is a plus).
- Experience: 1 years of experience in academic counseling, tele-calling, sales, or customer relationship management (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Communication: Hindi and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to AI tools.
