Job Description
ELSELA HEAR CONNECT, a growing multi-branded hearing aid centre in Kerala, is looking for skilled, passionate, and patient-focused Audiologists to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical audiology knowledge, excellent patient-handling skills, and hands-on experience with multi-branded hearing aid technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and audiological assessments.
- Interpret audiograms and counsel patients and family members regarding hearing loss.
- Recommend suitable hearing aids based on the patient’s hearing loss, lifestyle, and individual requirements.
- Conduct hearing aid trials, fitting, programming, and fine-tuning.
- Handle multi-branded hearing aids and related programming software.
- Provide effective patient counselling and hearing rehabilitation guidance.
- Conduct regular patient follow-ups and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic hearing aid and fitting-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with the branch and management team to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in hearing aid technology and audiology.
Qualification
BASLP / MASLP / B.Sc. Audiology / M.Sc. Audiology
Valid professional registration, wherever applicable, is preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Experience in multi-branded hearing aid fitting and programming is preferred.
- Strong patient-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with strong clinical and communication skills may also apply.
