What do we want :
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with real estate channel partners in the field to drive sales and promote our project.
- Identify the CPs, meet and activate the CPs by having the CPs run digital campaign and also getting the business from them.
- Generating the site visit through the CP and ensuring that the business numbers are achieved.
- Maximize channel and reference business.
- Train the Channel Partner on the product so that the team is well versed with the product
- Preparing the reports.
- Conduct Channel Partner meetings during launches and during sustenance
Desired Profile:
- Must require hands-on experience in B2C Real Estate direct sales of minimum of 2-7 years.
- Working Location Experience: Thane, Central line, Western Line, South Mumbai, and Mumbai Suburbs.
- Must have experience to deal with HNI, Investors and End users.
- Saturday & Sundays are working. Week off during week days. Flexible in timings is must.
- Good knowledge about all the locations of Central Mumbai & Mumbai.
- Strong English & Hindi Communication and convincing skills.
- Must have own vehicle (Bike/Car), Should know bike riding and should have driving license.
- Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.
- Positive attitude for meeting new people. Someone who enjoys doing sales. Client friendly approach.
- Ability to understand requirements of prospects.
- Must have good analytical skills. Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions.
- High levels of passion and ownership.

- Should have a positive and go getter attitude
- Should be goal oriented with Good Comm Skills are welcome Proficient in Ms Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Educational Qualification : Any Graduates
