Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager / Business Analyst to drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong product ownership, business analysis, and digital product experience, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, technology teams, QA, and external vendors.
The candidate will be responsible for defining and improving digital customer journeys, translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable and user-friendly digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define and document end-to-end digital journeys such as customer onboarding, servicing, personal loans, loan top-up, and self-service.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, user flows, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with technology, design, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and requirement grooming.
- Conduct user journey mapping, gap analysis, competitor/industry benchmarking, and identify opportunities for digital experience improvement.
- Own UAT planning, test case validation, release testing, and coordination with QA teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure digital journeys are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners for integrations and product delivery.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in defining and managing digital customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with personal loan journeys, customer onboarding, servicing, loan top-up, and self-service modules.
- Experience working on customer-facing digital platforms as well as internal employee applications/systems.
- Proven experience in defining, developing, or revamping intranet portals, employee portals, or employee mobile applications for mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong experience in BRD, FSD, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and digital user experience.
- Experience working with technology teams, QA teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Lending, or Financial Services.
- Experience with Digital Lending / Personal Loan platforms.
- Experience with mobile applications, web portals, and self-service platforms.
- Exposure to API integrations and third-party technology vendors.
- Experience in digital transformation or large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
