Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Associate who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, enjoys creating visually appealing content, and has an interest in fashion, jewelry, luxury, or Indian craftsmanship.
You will work closely with the founders to develop content ideas, assist with shoots, create engaging social media content, and help build an active online community around the brand.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop content ideas for Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Plan and execute content shoots for jewelry collections
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots and brand activities
- Edit Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
- Research trends, audio, and content opportunities relevant to the brand
- Write captions, hooks, and story content
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build community
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Assist with influencer collaborations and outreach
- Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer inquiries
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Experience creating and editing Reels
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Creative eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, luxury brands, or Indian culture is preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media for a brand
- Experience with content shoots and influencer collaborations
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
