Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support HR activities and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
