Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved designs and quality standards. The Project Operations Lead will coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, vendors, factory, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Take complete ownership of projects from site handover to final handover.
- Review 2D drawings, 3D designs, BOQ, quotation, and scope of work before project execution.
- Prepare execution schedules and monitor project milestones.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
Team Management
- Lead and monitor Site Supervisors and execution teams.
- Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Factory, Procurement, and Installation teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and resolve execution challenges.
Site Operations
- Monitor daily site progress and quality.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
Vendor & Material Management
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance and work quality.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and hardware to avoid delays.
Quality Control
- Conduct stage-wise quality inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards.
- Manage snag rectification before final handover.
Client Coordination
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Handle client concerns during execution.
- Coordinate approvals for any variation or additional work through the Design/Sales team.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and execution costs.
- Track extra work and obtain approvals before execution.
- Minimize rework and material wastage.
Reporting
- Maintain daily project progress reports.
- Track project timelines, delays, and risk areas.
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
