Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty to join our Defence Examination Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students preparing for NDA, CDS, and AFCAT examinations and helping them achieve success through concept-oriented and exam-focused training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Chemistry classes for NDA, CDS, and AFCAT aspirants.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Chemistry concepts relevant to Defence entrance examinations.
- Prepare comprehensive study materials, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance assessments.
- Provide guidance on exam strategies and time management techniques.
- Deliver both offline and online classes as per the institute's schedule.
- Train and mentor students to improve their academic performance and confidence.
- Update course content according to the latest examination patterns and syllabus.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience for competitive examinations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and other Defence examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach both classroom and online sessions effectively.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
