Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Print Machine Operator for our textile printing unit. The candidate should have practical knowledge of operating digital textile printing machines and handling day-to-day printing operations efficiently.
The role requires attention to print quality, colour accuracy, machine handling, and smooth execution of production work.
Responsibilities
- Operating digital textile printing machines efficiently
- Running print jobs according to production schedules
- Loading fabrics and monitoring printing output
- Checking print quality, colour matching, and alignment
- Handling machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Monitoring ink usage and machine performance
- Coordinating with production and design teams for smooth workflow
- Identifying and reporting machine or printing issues
- Maintaining cleanliness and discipline around the machine area
- Ensuring minimum fabric wastage and proper production output
Requirements
- Prior experience operating digital textile printing machines
- Basic understanding of textile printing processes
- Knowledge of colour matching and print quality preferred
- Ability to handle production pressure and deadlines
- Responsible and disciplined work approach
- Basic technical understanding of machine operations
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience in textile digital printing
- Experience in saree, suit, or fabric printing preferred
