Job Summary
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution of projects from concept development through completion. The role requires expertise in design management, client coordination, project planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to detailed design development.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, project objectives, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and project management teams.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
- Conduct design review meetings and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts and project updates.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for approvals and compliance requirements.
Technical & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, development regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review drawings for quality, constructability, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during project execution.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Review work outputs and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
