Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic Telesales Consultant who can generate travel bookings by converting enquiries into confirmed tour packages. The successful candidate should have excellent selling skills and the ability to recommend suitable travel experiences based on customer needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Contact inbound and outbound travel enquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements.
- Recommend suitable tour packages.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Prepare quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with undecided customers.
- Cross-sell visa services, insurance, hotels, and airport transfers.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
Booking Coordination
- Coordinate with operations after booking confirmation.
- Ensure complete customer documentation.
- Maintain booking records.
- Assist customers before departure.
CRM
- Update customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Track sales performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1–3 years in travel sales, holiday packages, telesales, or customer service
