Job Summary
SUREKHA EXPORTS is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts for civil and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Develop and revise technical drawings based on project requirements and engineer inputs.
- Prepare site layouts, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain drawing records and document revisions systematically.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Support project planning and execution through timely preparation of drawings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently residing in Calicut (Kozhikode) or willing to relocate immediately.
- Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or contracting companies will be an added advantage.
