Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions while driving a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee KPI tracking, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and culture-building initiatives to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Build, promote, and sustain a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and employee feedback programs.
- Foster a healthy, inclusive, and positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and manage employee performance management systems, including setting, monitoring, and reviewing employee KPIs and performance goals.
- Work closely with department heads to define employee KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee development and career progression.
- Identify training and development needs and organize learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR metrics, employee performance data, and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead employee retention initiatives and develop programs that improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational growth.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and promote effective communication across teams.
- Handle employee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth HR operations through effective use of HR software and HRIS systems.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in employee performance management and KPI implementation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software and HRIS platforms.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
